The Puppy Process

Your journey to owning a Cavoodle or Theodore starts here.

We pride ourselves on finding suitable families for our little pooches. We keep the process an easy, loving journey.

We plan our litters with consideration so if you are interested in adopting one of our pups, please fill out our application form.
Please include your living circumstances, when you hope to adopt a puppy, and if pet transport is required.

The Puppy Process

If timing is crucial to you, you can join our priority list with a $300 deposit, which is taken from the balance of the puppy upon collection.

We will contact you when a litter is born, whereby the puppy will be ready for adoption 8-10 weeks after that date, pending their puppy milestones.

That gives you plenty of time to prepare your home and watch the training videos.

Our Process:

  1. We can help you choose your new best friend from our website or respond to an email if you have opted to be contacted when they are born.

  2. Secure them as yours with a $300 deposit.

  3. Email or call to request FaceTime or visit your puppy (when they are over 6 weeks old for in-person visits)

  4. Pay for the pup in full upon collection via EFT, cash, or credit card from North Maclean or accept delivery of your new family member.

Cavoodle FAQs

  • Cavoodles are known for being low-shedding or even non-shedding dogs. This makes them a popular choice for people with allergies.

  • Cavoodles do not suffer any breed-specific health issues above any other breed of small dog. Small breeds of canine are often predisposed to a luxating patella (wobbly knee cap) although surgery is an option, it is rarely required.

  • Yes, Cavoodle puppies can make excellent apartment dogs because of their small to medium size and adaptability to indoor living. However, they still need regular exercise and mental stimulation.

  • Yes, Cavoodle puppies often have a curly or wavy coat that requires regular grooming. Brushing a few times a week and professional grooming every 6 to 8 weeks is typically recommended to keep their coat in good condition and prevent matting.

Remember that individual Cavoodle puppies may vary in temperament and needs, so spending time with the specific puppy you're interested in is a great way to assess their personality and compatibility with your lifestyle.
